Aparajita heads research and content at dōnō consulting. With nearly 20 years of experience, she started her career in publishing in New York City and has worked for global organisations on research, content and editing. Aparajita holds a MA from Ohio State University, Columbus, and a MA and BA from Jadavpur University.

Deepali is an architect level developer and data engineer, with 17 years of experience in organisations like Genpact and Tata Consultancy Services. With a PhD in machine learning, along with extensive experience in data warehousing, ETL, cloud and data engineering, Deepali understands every aspect of the algorithm execution and deployment pipeline. She also has a Masters in Technology in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology at Pilani, and a BE in Computer Science from Rajasthan University.

Debolina is a Senior Consultant (trainee) at dōnō consulting. After her post-graduation in economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Debolina has worked in both public and private institutions. She started her career in 2010 with economic research in government institutions and a research firm called Indicus Analytics. However, she moved to fixed income research in 2013 and so far has worked with India Ratings and Research (Fitch Group) and Societe Generale. At India Ratings and Research, she as a credit rating analyst assigned ratings to Indian public finance institutions like government owned banks, special purpose vehicles, educational trusts, and metropolitan regional development and municipal authorities. While at Societe Generale, she as a buy-side fixed income research analyst provided credit outlook on both investment grade and high yield corporates and sovereigns spanning across Asia-Pacific, North America, Latina America and Eastern Europe.

Roopali is a Lead Full Stack Developer and Data Engineer with over 11 years of experience in software development, research and academia. Roopali has a MTech and a MS in Computer Science, and is also a PhD candidate in Information Technology (core area – ML-AI). As a developer, content creator and faculty member across different institutions including Amity University, Chegg Inc., Hero Vired and Educlass (Singapore), she has worked on small and large scale web development and database management projects.

After graduating from two of India’s leading economics programs with a BA from St. Stephen’s College and a MA from Delhi School of Economics, Swastik worked two years as an Economic Consultant with Indicus Consulting (now a part of Nielsen) and six years at the United Nations. At the UN he was responsible for multiple data driven policy projects for which he worked extensively with the Ministry of Finance of the Government of India, on the BRICS New Development Bank, multiple state and central government agencies on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and on the Human Development Report with the UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub. At dōnō consulting Swastik is a Principal Data Scientist and Head of the Data Driven Policy vertical and has analyzed an extreme variety of data (from simple tables to complex OCRs, and video data to LiDar feeds) to help our clients take better decisions.

As a Data Scientist at dōnō, Pooja focuses on solving complex business problems with algorithms and simplifying complex algorithmic for businesses. Pooja has a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science and Machine Learning from the University of Chicago, an MTech in Communication Engineering and Signal Processing from Amrita School of Engineering, and a BE in Electronics Engineering from VTU. Over the past 4 years at dōnō consulting Pooja has worked on implementing multiple machine learning solutions for industries and domains as diverse as HR Strategies, Travel and Tourism, Information Technology, Skilling, Financial Services, Marketing and Sales, non-profits and government agencies. Pooja has a diverse set of interests in the field that includes Cognitive Networks, Explainable AI, and storytelling.

Khalid is a deep technologist with 4+ years of experience in software development and big data engineering. After a BTech in Computer Science from Delhi University and a MTech in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology (Mesra), Khalid spent a year at Nvidia as a System Software Engineering intern before joining dōnō consulting. Over the past few 4 years at dōnō, Khalid has worked across myriad big data and cloud technologies (Hadoop, Cloudera, HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB, Scala, PyTorch, Kafka, AWS, Azure to name a few) to successfully manage, handle and query terrabytes of complex and simple data for our clients. Khalid recently got certified as a Azure Data Engineer.

Fabi is a Junior Data Scientist at dōnō consulting and closely works with senior members of the team across different domains and industries. She also spends a part of her time on creating content for the skilling vertical. Though she prefers to code in Python and in her short career has already worked on complex survey data and on sentiment analysis projects, she also extensively works on visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau and Apache Superset. Fabi has a Post-Graduate Diploma from Manipal University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mahatma Gandhi University, where she received the Best Student Award.

Priyanka works as a Project Coordinator here. She closely works across all verticals from keeping the client’s requirements in check and coordinating with the team to ensuring that the outcomes are delivered on time.
 

After completing her Professional Full Stack Development Certificate from Hero Vired, and aMasters and Bachelors in Computer Applications, Nikita joined dōnō consulting as a Junior Developer/Data Engineer. In about a year with the firm she has already worked on a medical services app for patient data (using FastAPI, PostGreSQL and MongoDB), a employee seat booking app for office seat booking (VueJS and NativeScript) and the back end data engineering and front end for a Learning Management System.

Divya teja (Vijyaksha/ Vikky) has an experience of four years as a data scientist. He completed his post graduate program in data science and machine learning from University of Chicago.  He has multiple interests which lie in the fields of complex algorithms, system design, optimisations and image processing.  He is working as a research associate in the interdisciplinary domain of Artificial intelligence and Psychology for helping decipher critical problems of economics and management.
